We are a private natural nail salon specializing in builder gel and Gel-X services. As licensed nail technicians certified by the state of Indiana, we've made it our mission to help clients achieve the natural, healthy nails they've always wanted—without the use of harsh chemicals or drills.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations: More than 24 hours in advance: No charge. Between 12–24 hours before your appointment: 50% of the service total will be charged. Less than 12 hours before your appointment or no-shows: 100% of the service total will be charged. Late arrivals: Late fee For Every minute late to an appointment we will charge $1. For example 6 minutes late would result in a $6 late fee. This policy can be waived depending on the circumstance. Please drive safely to your appointment! Clients who do not show at start time will be given a 10 minute grace period but tech reserves the right to shorten services, and charge for original services. Clients who do not show after 10 minutes of start time will be charged 100% of booked services. Out of hours: If you are unable to find a time slot that works for you, we may make an exception and come in early, stay late etc. There will be a $15 fee for an appointment that is outside of our scheduled hours. This policy can be waived depending on the circumstance. If it is a booking issue out of the clients control/ us needing to reschedule you, this policy does not apply. Damaged polish: Any chips or lifts will be fixed for free within 7 days of original appointment. Please contact us directly to schedule repair service. *this does not apply to regular polish Tech cancellations: If tech is sick and cannot perform service we will notify you as soon as possible, get rescheduled, as well as give credit to your account. Allergies: We cannot guarantee our products have not been cross contaminated with nut allergies. *Credit card transactions incur a 2.5% fee. We take all cards, cash, and Venmo.* *Pricing is subject to change* Through the Indiana state Board of Cosmetology we reserve the right to refuse service if there is risk of bacterial or fungal infection. Please note if this happens we will do what we can, but you will be charged 100% of originally booked services.
